At Vittoree (operated by NASCI GLOBAL LLC), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days after processing. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong Item Sent or Defective Product
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vittoree.com and include detailed photos of the issue.
In these cases, Vittoree covers all return shipping costs, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for both return shipping and reshipping costs, except where the item received was defective or incorrect.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
All returns must be sent to our authorized international return facility. We do not provide local return addresses in the destination country.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Timing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear.

European Union Customers
For customers based in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
As an additional benefit, Vittoree voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days from the delivery date.

Return-to-Sender & Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned because:
an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided;
delivery was refused; or
delivery attempts were unsuccessful,
customers may choose between:
reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply); or
a refund of the product price after the item has been received back by our return facility.

Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious return activity, fraudulent claims, abuse of our return policy, or other misuse of our services.
