Order Acceptance and Shipping
An order is officially accepted once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external factors such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Tracking updates provided by the carrier are considered official proof of delivery.

Cancellations
If you request a cancellation before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been shipped, our Refund and Return Policy will apply.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback whenever possible.
Unresolved disputes will be reviewed and responded to with all necessary supporting documentation.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the total purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence will also apply where required by law.
